Return and Refund Policy

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any kind of reason, you can request the returned product and for a full refund of your payments. 


Please carefully read below for information for knowing more about Ferio’s Return and Refund policy.

RETURNS :

Please take a look at our return policy before making a request for a return:

  • The returns of the product must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date.

  • Returned items must be in good condition, with some original proof and tags.


RETURN PROCESS :


To return an item, please email our customer service at info@ferio.in or call +91 8327444555 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Item, proof of purchase and return form, and mail.

REFUNDS :

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your product, we will process your refund. Please give us 6 - 7 days from the receipt of your product and the completion process of your return. Refunds of payment can take 1-7 days appear on your credit card statement and your banking entry, depending on the type of your credit card company. We will update and notify you by sending an email, whenever your product return process has been done.


EXCEPTIONS :

Carefully read the below notes because with this cause items cannot be returned:

  • Product with no original packing. 

  • Damaged Product.

  • A product that has no receipt. 

  • A product that has no proof of purchase


We provide weight based weight based shipping and Indian speed post as prior service.
